Travelling Over The Next Few Days? Arrive At The Airport Early

The long Eid holiday is a great excuse to travel for short breaks, which leads to busy hours at Dubai Airports.

Emirates Airline has anticipated Friday 31 May to be the busiest day for departures at Terminal 3 with over 80,000 passengers expecting to travel abroad.

This busy travel period is expected to continue until Monday 3 June with over 309,000 Emirates passengers travelling from Dubai over te next few days.

Travellers have been urged to arrive at the airport at least three hours before their flight is scheduled to depart to avoid any delays as traffic congestion around Terminal 3 and continuing road works around it can cause potential delays.

Also bear in mind that passengers can physically check in at the airport as early as 24 hours before flight departure, and no later than 2 hours prior to departure, regardless of class of travel.

Customers who check in less than 60 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure will not be accepted for travel.

If you are an avid football fan and taking a flight to England on Saturday 1 June, you can watch the Champion League final live in the air with Emirates.
