DJ Jonas Blue will open RedFestDXB tonight at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre stepping in to replace British pop singer Jess Glynne.
RedFestDXB organisers broke the news to fans on Wednesday evening, saying, "We're so gutted that Jess Glynne is unable to perform anymore, owing to unforeseen scheduling issues, but she's promised to come back and do one soon."
DJ Jonas Blue is already a favourite with Dubai partygoers, thanks to gigs at Zero Gravity. Blue broke the download charts with his 2015 début single, a tropical house remix of classic 'Fast Car.'
Jonas Blue joins the opening night line-up of American hip-hop star G-Eazy and French DJ Snake. Camila Cabello, Macklemore and Jax Jones will close the two day party on Friday.
