Al Habtoor Group's Hotels Are Undergoing Some Big Changes

Earlier this month, it was announced that The St. Regis, W Dubai Habtoor City and The Westin Dubai at Al Habtoor City will no longer be operated by Marriott.

As today is the end of the contract between Marriott and Al Habtoor Group, there has been much speculation about what will happen to the hotels. Well, they are getting new names, of course!

The St. Regis Dubai has now been renamed ‘Habtoor Palace’ and it looks like they are ready to go!

‘Habtoor Palace’ was the original name of the project during construction in 2012 prior to the inauguration with Marriott International Group by Founding Chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor in 2016.

The ‘W’ on the W Hotel Dubai was also removed as well as the Westin Dubai’s branding, though we don’t know what they are to be called just yet.

The rumours, which are yet to be confirmed, are whether or not Hilton will replace Marriott as operator of th Al Habtoor City hotels.
