Damac Properties has announced plans to build a new hotel overlooking the Akoya Oxygen golf course. The five-tower hotel will comprise 2,000 hotel rooms with off-plan prices for units posted on Damac's website starting at Dhs 395,000 and payable over five years. The Dubai developer is marketing the hotel rooms to investors as off-plan investments at this week's Arabian Travel Market.
