The winter months can be the best months in the UAE, so take advantage of them and get the family off the sofa for some outdoor fun.
Once a camel racing track, the Nad Al Sheba Cycle Path is now a family-friendly cycle park with a choice of an 8km, 6km and 4km paths designed for both cycling and running. The whole course is lit by night (although for safety reasons you still need to have lights on your bike) and has all the necessary facilities including restrooms and changing rooms equipped with showers and lockers. Its 850-metre children’s proficiency course, with roundabouts, road signs and speed bumps, make it the perfect place to teach your little ones some all-important road safety tips as they build their confidence on two wheels. There is also a children’s playground and views across Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
