  • Create your own space with a stylish yet functional place to sit and read or simply meditate.
  • Add a natural warmth and feeling of homeliness with solid woods. We appreciate natural beauty around us and including natural elements in your space fosters a sense of peace and inner calm.
  • Bring in some blue. Blue is the colour of the mind and affects us mentally rather than physically. It therefore triggers serenity, relaxation and calm. While strong blues will stimulate clear thought and communication, soft blues will calm the mind and aid meditation.
  • Add candles to create relaxing lighting and a soft scent to ease away the stresses of the day.
