There are a number of yoga poses that give you light relief from indulgencies of the festive period.

Wind Relieving Pose- When your right knee presses into your right side body, it massages your ascending colon; the left side takes care of your descending colon. This pose certainly helps your digestive system.

Cobbler’s Pose- By laying on your back and stretching the pelvic and abdominal area improves digestion system. This pose not only calms your mind but also lets the digestive system do its job calmly.
