Yoga for healthy and glowing skin

One Legged Downward-Facing Dog

This asana also helps in reversing the blood circulation from head to toe, thus helping your skin remain clear and wrinkle free. It also helps to tone and strengthen the standing leg, improves flexibility and opens the hips.

Triangle Pose

This is possibly the best yoga asana for glowing skin. It opens up the lungs, chest and heart, and supplies more oxygen to the skin and hence the skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Also hip opening can help the joints of the lower back, hips and legs to come into better alignment. When hips are tight or causing mis-alignment, it can have a big effect on the back, on knees and even feet.
