What’s involved?
Hypoxi is a combination of moderate training, vacuum and compression. You can lose 60% to 80% of fat in your problem areas - mainly the stomach and abdomen or buttocks, hips and thighs, but it also targets cellulite. As I wanted to target my lower body and cellulite, I chose the upright bicycle - it’s a very moderate pace and you simply cycle away and the machine sucks in the air around you and blows it out.
LPG Lipomassage for the body mobilises your connective tissues to stimulate your metabolism, blood circulation and lymphatic system. It is mostly for fat reduction, cellulite smoothing, firming and draining. It also works without exercise. You simply don your body stocking and lie down - I actually found it quite relaxing!
The LPG Endermolift for the face is a 100% natural anti-ageing technique to re-densify the skin deep down and erase signs of ageing. It offers immediate results, including a healthy glow and a natural, lifted effect. Each session’s results add up to fill in wrinkles, redefine contours, and clarify the complexion.
What are the results?
Based on what I was trying to achieve (weight loss and cellulite reduction) the team at Bodysmart had advised me to combine Hypoxi and LPG for the best results. I lost a total of 2cms from around my stomach and 2cm from each thigh. But honestly it was the visual results I was most impressed with - the fatty bumps from around my knees went completely, and my cellulite vastly improved!
I noticed the glow with the Endermolift from the very first session, 12 sessions later and my skin feels more hydrated, the little wrinkles have filled in a bit, and I seem to have more shape to my face. All in all, very impressed!
