The Loft Fifth Avenue Hair, Nail and Spa is probably better known for its expertise in hair and nails, with the spa being a recent addition. With its perfect location on The Palm, urban design and talented team, this gem really does hit the nail on the head.
What is it?
In need of some TLC, I went for the Urban Experience, which includes the Crash facial and signature full body massage using Babor products. Made in Germany, Babor’s highly innovative active formulations are carefully combined with exclusive treatment methods to provide outstanding results and a uniquely luxurious, indulgent experience.
What’s involved?
The massage was first and I chose the Babor Spa relaxing lavender and mint oil. Next was my facial. The facialist chose the active ingredient concentrates from Babor’s range that most suited my skin’s needs - dehydration, pigmentation and anti-ageing. After the cleansing and exfoliation, these fluids were massaged in. The fluids instantly hydrate and detoxify your skin while forming a protective film to prevent moisture from escaping, resulting in plumped-up, fresh, smoother, and vitalised skin in just 30 minutes.
What are the results?
A great massage followed by a seriously amazing facial. My skin looked so great, most of the girls in the office were calling for their appointment! If you haven’t tried Babor yet, I can highly recommend it. I will definitely be back!
