Indoor tanning can help you achieve a deep and attractive tan in a couple of sessions, depending on how fair is your skin.
What’s involved?
I have had four sessions so far, starting with a low-pressure sunbed. I eventually moved to a more intense sunbed, which uses different lotions depending on the desired skin colour. I am Middle Eastern so I already have naturally dark skin. My first two sessions were 8 to 11 minutes long but my last two sessions were slightly longer, between 12 to 15 minutes long. With a minimum of 8 minutes and a maximum of 18, it is recommended that you have a 48-hour gap between sessions.
What are the results?
I am obsessed! I’ve literally never seen my skin this tanned. It looks like I was just on a holiday in the Caribbean. My skin is glowing and I can’t wait to keep maintaining the colour. My favourite lotion was the I-black, which is definitely a must-try if you like your skin to get really brown or tanned.
