Internationally renowned Colombian dance company, BNF, is bringing the fever and passion of Latin America to the Middle East this month for a five-day spectacle of Latino flavours, colours, sights and sounds, supported by Hilton JBR, Reel Cinemas and Matrix. The festival will take place from 18th - 22nd March at various venues across Dubai, with a core focus at JBR, and will showcase the best of the region’s food, art, culture, music and dance.
Latin dance will be a key focus of the festival with an extensive schedule of workshops, bootcamps and parties (including a beach and boat party) featuring salsa, bachata, tango and kizomba. The programme will start with a welcome party on Wednesday 18th March at Zero Gravity, and will conclude with a final performance from participants on Saturday 21st March at the Hilton JBR.
The line up of events will include a first-of-its-kind Latin Concert on the Hilton JBR Beach from world famous Latin superstars Richie Ray and Bobby Cruz, supported by local Latino artists Fatiniza and Edikson Duarte on Friday 20th March; Latin Films screening at The Beach JBR every night featuring films from Venezuela, Panama, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Colombia; a custom-written Latin Musical at the Hilton JBR every night; and Latin Flavours which will see top Dubai restaurants Fuego, Octaci, Fogueira, Asado and Malecon present a six course meal with selected beverages to showcase flavours of their country (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Cuba respectively) throughout the week.
