MasterChef, the TV Experience at Millennium Place Marina, is turning over its open-plan kitchen to world-famous Diana Chan, the MasterChef Australia 2017 winner. The Malaysian-born celebrity chef is cooking up a five-course tasting menu that pays homage to her Asian heritage and life in Australia. The five-course menu will feature amouse bouche, scallop carpaccio with smoked yuzu buttermilk starter, Australian wagyu rendang or taro and tofu tortellini in a laksa broth, amouse gueule, coconut and tamarind and dessert of a tropical explosion.
