Parisian new wave band ‘Nouvelle Vague’ is in Dubai for a one off performance this week. Led by Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux, ‘Nouvelle Vague’ released their first album in 2004, with renditions of Punk and New Wave hits reinterpreted by female singers in the dreamy style of 50's and 60's Bossa Nova. After five studio albums and many extensive global tours, 'Nouvelle Vague' are now celebrating their fifteenth anniversary with an international unplugged tour in 2019 keeping with the band’s original 2004 format: an acoustic guitar, a few keyboards, a smattering of ambience, and two singers Mélanie Pain and Elodie Frégé performing the band’s iconic songs.
