Dubai is always full of new experiences and an ever evolving live music scene in the city. To further add to this, Dubai will witness a trip down memory lane to 1980’s, when Scottish singer Marti Pellow will perform live at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium on April 19.
Marti Pellow is the voice behind those popular songs sung by pop group Wet Wet Wet, which include Good Night Girl, Sweet Little Mystery, Sweet Surrender, With A Little Help From My Friends and Love is All Around. Pelow will be performinmg some of these as well as some of his new songs in a one off live show.
With a career spanning over 30 years, which includes 13 top 10 hits and three number one singles, Pellow is enjoying his career as a solo artist and as a musical theatre star.
Pellow, with his band Wet Wet Wet, had a 15 week stint at the number one spot in the UK charts with Love is All Around from the film Four Weddings and a Funeral in 1995. Last year, Pellow released his new solo album Mysterious, followed by a 10-date UK tour.
