Another auction of unique car number plates organised by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) collected a total of Dhs 25,138,000 in bids on a total of around 100 unique number plates.
The event saw wide participation from passionate bidders at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City The top bid at the auction was for the number plate T 50, which went to the successful bidder for a staggering Dhs 2.44 million, closely followed by the number plate L 21 which went for Dhs 2.34 million, and was one of just 20 plates released bearing, for the first time, the Expo 2020 logo.
