According to a circular issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), on Thursday, public sector employees including all ministries and federal entities will have a five hour long work day during Ramadan.
The working hours will be from 9am to 2pm, except when the nature of the work requires extra hours of operation.
Private sector working hours will be reduced by two hours per day during the Holy month.
