Ahead of the annual Dubai Summer Surprises, Dubai is set to surprise residents and visitors with yet another shopping festival. This first of its kind shopping festival will offer attractive discounts and workshops focussing on the home furniture retail sector.
Planning to re-furnish your home or add some new items? Then hold on till mid April, as the new and exciting ‘Dubai Home Festival’ (DHF) will kick start on Thursday, 18 April and will run for two weeks through to Wednesday, 1 May.
It goes without saying, and as you would expect from a Dubai shopping event, there will be lots going in including lucky draws, workshops on interior design, Friday surprises, fireworks and a number of activations taking place across the emirate.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), commented: “We look forward to a great first edition of the festival and will monitor consumer feedback from residents and tourists closely to ensure this becomes another festival highlight in Dubai’s innovative Retail Calendar programme.”

There will be a fireworks display at Dubai Festival City Mall on 18 April at 8.30pm. You can also choose to attend various design masterclasses for free at Home Centre and Crate and Barrel at Mall of the Emirates and Robinsons at Dubai Festival City Mall.
