Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Now Open

Dubai’s hotel and leisure scene is just getting better and better with the addition of the beachfront luxury five start resort, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, the first hotel from the luxury hotel brand in the Middle East.

The new property has been designed by acclaimed international designer Jeffrey Wilkes, and features 256 rooms and suites, most with private balconies and terraces, overlooking the Arabian Sea and the stunning skyline.

The resort, located opposite Mercato Mall, has six restaurants including two signature restaurants Tasca by Portuguese celebrity chef José Avillez and Netsu, a Warayaki-style Japanese steakhouse by Australian-born chef Ross Shonhan.

For those that like a bit of pampering, the resort also features a luxury spa facility with nine private treatment rooms, and for those looking for somewhere with a wow factor for a Dubai wedding, the resort has a 700-square-metre glass-walled ballroom with a beachfront terrace, an ideal space to host a dream wedding.
