People in Dubai woke up to unexpected rain fall as they headed out to work, and reports advise that rain is expected at intervals throughout the day in some parts and temperatures around the UAE are expected to drop.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology, “The weather is expected to be hazy and cloudy with a chance of rainfall with significant decrease in the temperatures. The Oman and Arabian sea will be rough to very rough.”
Temperatures in Dubai could drop to a low of 16 C, and fresh to strong winds will blow dust and sand over the exposed areas.
Drivers are urged to take care on the roads today, and Dubai Police has issued a warning to drive carefully and safely due to the weather change.
