As one of the largest malls in the world, Dubai Mall can hold a lot of people. What mall-goers frequently face, however, is a lack of parking spaces. The mall currently hold 9,500 parking spaces in its entirety and will now be getting an additional 5,000 - totalling to 14,500.
Emaar Malls have stated that the parking in Dubai Mall was their main concern and the additional spaces will help to combat the issues faced. In order to further rectify the situation, Emaar will also be launching a new app which will help drivers locate free parking spaces, the nearest space to a particular store and will also feature pre-reserved parking tools.
