Sheikh Mohammed And Sheikh Hamdan Made A Surprise Visit To Dubai International Airport

As a definite way to add a little excitement to your average work day, Dubai International Airport employees had a royal visit yesterday morning.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, stopped by the airport alongside his son his Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.

The purpose of the visit, according to Dubai Media Office was for His Highness to "inspect facilities and procedures at Dubai International Airport".

Sheikh Mohammed also "directed officials to raise the bar in welcoming travellers and simplifying procedures" at the airport.
