The Federal Tax Authority has cleared out all the confusion and announced that unflavoured, carbonated water will not be taxed.
That’s right! Prices will be staying the same for sparkling mineral water, while carbonated drinks are taxed at 50 percent and tobacco products and energy drinks at 100 percent as of 1 October.
