Thousands of people gathered at an intersection in the Canadian city of Winnipeg to create the country's "largest living maple leaf".
The event, organised by Downtown Winnipeg BIZ, was filmed from above and released as time-lapse footage.
It formed part of the day's national celebrations as Canada marks its 150th anniversary as a country.
