Get creative with these easy to make treats, perfect for summer and healthier than readymade options! Here are a few ideas you can experiment with, using this basic format of mixing fresh fruits with yogurts and fruit juices.
Combine the following ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour mixture into four ice lolly moulds and add sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
Creamy blueberry
250g of blue and blackberries
100ml of plain or vanilla flavoured yogurt
1 tsp of honey
Banana milk & honey
2 ripe bananas
50ml yogurt (plain, vanilla or strawberry)
50ml whole milk
2 tsps of honey
Mixed berry blast
250g of mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
100ml of apple juice
2 tbsps of yogurt
Mango citrus tango
250g of fleshed out mango
100ml of fresh orange juice
Squeeze of lime
Strawberry white chocolate sprinkle
250g strawberries
50g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
150ml plain yogurt
After the lollies are frozen, dip the tips into 100g of melted white chocolate and then immediately into rainbow sprinkles.
