What’s involved?
There are many different health screening programmes available, and with the guidance of the doctor you can choose one or develop your own. As there is a history of heart problems in my family, I really wanted to get myself checked out. I went for a tailor-made programme that included a fitness test, mineral and nutrition test, a complete cardio health check, a bone density scan and InBody analysis.
What are the results?
I’m happy to say that my results were really good and I was given the all-clear on my concerns. It’s made me feel much more confident about my health, my family history and how I look after myself.
