What we ate
Manager Alessio and Chef Alberto’s team have cooked up their old secret recipes from different parts of Italy. There are tempting displays of salads, cold cuts, crispy frito misto and freshly shucked oysters, as well as melt in the mouth mozzarella and burrata cheese prepared with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and basil. The traditional pizza oven is sure to include your favourite and you can ask one of the chefs for your favourite pasta. Take your time and enjoy the fabulous desserts that, of course, include a tiramisu.
Verdict
We highly recommend the freshly prepared burrata cheese and tomato and the perfectly cooked on request tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. This is brunch is bliss…Italian style!
