Review: Dusty’s at DIFC

Dusty’s is a deli by day, a wine bar by night and a whole lot more in between, and depicts a mixture of traditions and cultures with its design, ambiance and food. Situated in the heart of DIFC, with a rustic, industrial indoor space it offers the largest open terrace in DIFC with fantastic views.

What we ate

Feeling rather hungry we started with the 3 Wagyu sliders and a roasted beetroot salad with goat’s cheese and pistachio. Portions are generous, and the sliders were a meal in themselves. However, we moved on to the grilled lamb chops with sweet potato puree and aubergine salsa, and the signature dish - Dusty’s red chicken with yoghurt and coriander. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared. After a short break, we managed to share a dessert and went for a couple of scoops of lemon and lime, and raspberry sorbet. Perfect!

Verdict

We will be back! Dusty’s is a great place for everyday dining, and with different themes throughout the week, including Happy Hours, Ladies’ Nights and live music, it’s the ideal venue to relax and enjoy an evening out with friends.
