Ingredients:
Peanut Butter filling:
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation method:
Stir well to combine.
Taste to see if you like the sweetness of the peanut butter.
Add powdered sugar or maple syrup accordingly.
Refrigerate.

Easter Recipe Ideas

Peeps Bird Nest Treats (by Crouton Crackerjacks)

Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
3 cups miniature marshmallows
4 cups chow mein noodles
Peeps chicks
Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs

Preparation method:
In a large bowl, melt butter or margarine. Add in marshmallows and microwave for about a minute or until they are puffed up. Stir well until melted.
Add in chow mein noodles and gently mix until well coated. Form into nests on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper or waxed paper that's been greased well.
Add Peeps into the center and then the robin egg candy. Let set up until firm. 
Makes 6 (4") nests or 12 (2") nests. Enjoy!

Easy Zucchini Frittata (by BuonaPappa)
This is a perfect spring meal, picnic or an appetiser for Easter lunch.

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
3 zucchini
4 tbsp oil of olive
4 tbsp parmesan cheese
10 leaves mint
Pinch of salt

Preparation method:
Slice the zucchini in thin circles with a kitchen mandolin
Take a nice big pan and warm few tablespoons of Extra virgin oil of olive at medium heat (1 minute, nothing more). Add the zucchini and stir for few minutes.
Chop the fresh mint finely and enjoy the wonderful scent from the mint.
Add the mint to the zucchini and stir!
Let the zucchini cook while you prepare the egg mix. Reduce the heat at low.
In a bowl mix the eggs with the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt.
Add the egg mix to the zucchini and give a final stir.
Take a pan that can easily go in the oven and pour the frittata in the pan.
Slice a small zucchini and decorate the surface of the frittata with it.
Bake the frittata in the oven (already preheated) at 375 F. for 25 minutes. 
Broil the frittata for an additional 5 minutes in order to give a nice and golden color.
Let the frittata cool down 5 minutes before serving it. In my opinion it should be warm, not hot, not cold. Just lightly warm to be fully enjoyed!

Easter Creme Egg Cupcake (by Cupcake Jemma)

Ingredients:
For the cupcakes:
6 Cadburys Creme Eggs (filling scooped out into a bowl and set aside and the shells chopped)
280g plain flour
65g cocoa powder
380g caster sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp of salt
3 large free range eggs
1 cup cooled coffee (not hot!)
1 cup buttermilk
210ml vegetable oil
24 mini Cadbury's Creme Eggs frozen!

For the marshmallowy meringue icing:
2 eggs white
175g caster sugar
115g Golden Syrup/corn syrup
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
