Corned beef spread recipe

The appearance of corned beef in Irish cuisine dates back to the 12th century. This corned beef dip/spread recipe uses corned beef in a modern way that is sure to be a hit with family and friends. You will need:

3 cups raw or roasted unsalted hazelnuts
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups diced cooked corned beef

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, dill, seasoned salt and corned beef. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Makes four cups. Serve with Irish Soda Bread.
