What’s involved?
Dr Masha Leikic, Beauty & Anti-Ageing Specialist at Medstar, commenced my treatment by applying an anaesthetic cream to my face for 15 minutes. AQ Active Serum was then applied to my skin and the procedure of micro needling with a stamp began. This minimally-invasive, non-surgical and non-ablative procedure creates controlled skin injury which triggers the body to produce new collagen and elastin in the papillary dermis, whilst also allowing the Growth Factor serum to penetrate deep into the skin. The 20-minute procedure was painless and was followed with the application of a cooling collagen face masque.
What are the results?
I was so impressed with the results after my first treatment that I booked an additional three sessions over the course of three months to achieve maximum results. I am amazed at how youthful looking my skin has become. Sun and age spots that had accumulated over the years have diminished, as well as many fine lines and wrinkles. My skin is clear, firm and glowing. I highly recommend this treatment.
